Better get some pre-calorie burn going; Its Thanksgiving Day in Canada and I plan to eat a lot of turkey, stuffing, and home made almond-walnut-caramel-cranberry pie. Yum.
Routine of the Day -
- 5 Minutes of Heavy Bag Work or Run 1KM
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 20 Push Press @ 65/95lbs
- 20 Sumo Highpull Deadlifts @ 65lbs/95lbs
- 20 Pullups
- 5 Minutes of Heavy Bag Work or Run 1KM
I managed 6 rounds and with 2:30 (not enough to finish another round) to spare I decided it would be better spent firing off as many pushups as I could, which I completed 70. No vest today, this one is hard enough without it.
Now its Turkey Time.
