Kelle’s Irish Lager and Summer Lightning Ale

Usually I go through the trouble of reviewing these in detail but neither of these did anything to warrant it. I found both to be rather uninspiring, despite the awards, brewery names and price tags attached to them. For what it is worth both were good, but really were not anything special in my books.

It’s two more on the list.

A light, crisp drinking ale. Refreshing, though it lacked the hoppy punch I was expecting. Final score 2.5/5

Not a bad drinking beer. Hoppier then Kelles, but nothing to write home about. Here is hoping Ireland provides a better selection of beer where I visit it.
