Japanese Word of the Day – できる　（Dekiru）


Dekiru　－　できる　（Dictionary Verb)　－　Can do

Example:

I can play tennis – テニスが　できます　(Tenis-ga deskimasu)

I cannot swim -　およぐが　できません (oyogu-ga dekimasen)

I could not – できませんでした (dekimasen deshita)
