Japanese Phrase of the Day – Doko-ka shitte imasu-ka? （どこか　しって　いますか？）


Doko-ka shitte imasu-ka? （どこか　しって　いますか？） – Where-(it is) (are you) knowing? – Do you know where (it is)?

Example:

O-tearai-wa doko-ka shite imasu-ka? (おてあらいは　どこか　しって　いますか？）

Washroom-is where (are you) knowing?

Do you know where the washroom is?
