Its the beginning of March and the weather forecast is bleak. They are saying that it may not get warm until the end of the month. Tomorrow is supposed to be -22c and the weekend it may snow.
I only bring up the fact its March because it is now over 4 months since bottling and over 6 months since its birth.
The difference from January until now is amazing. It tastes almost like a sweet honey beer, with the rawness nearly gone. The fruit flavour from the juice is beginning to show up nicely too. I can only image that its going to get better with more time. I will sample the next bottle in a few months.
