This is the second of the Three Dragon Ales; a molasses gruit stout, flavoured with Wormwood, Hyssop and Elderberry.

Grains/Adjuncts
- 3.0 lbs Pale Ale Malt
- 2.25 lbs 2-Row Pale Malt
- 0.5 lbs Roasted Barley
- 0.5 lbs Chocolate Malt
- 0.75 lbs Molasses @ 15 minutes
Hops/Herbs
- 1.0 oz Fuggles @ 45 min
- 0.2 oz Wormwood @ 45 min
- 0.5 oz Hyssop @ 45 min
- 0.5 oz Elderberry @ 10 min (to sanitize), left overnight in No-Chill
Misc
- 1 tsp Yeast Nutrient
- Pacman Yeast Starter
Procedures
- Conditioned malt, milled once
- Brew-in-a-Bag
- Single Step Mash, ~150F-153F, 60 minutes, 2 gallons
- Sparge, 4 gallons, 170F
- 60 minute boil
- No Chill
