Fitness
I guess I got interested in fitness when I got a tired of being a fat bastard. Over the years it became an integrated part of my life and I do not see myself giving it up, baring some kind of crippling injury. Even then I would probably find some way of keeping active.
What I know about fitness comes from years of experience, reading, asking and my own experimentation on myself. Time is important to me so developing a diet and exercise routine that requires minimal effort and time invested, yet yields high results was important. I found the Calisthenics was a great way to keep lean, but I found that I was not making much progress in the way of self improvement.
Enter Crossfitness.
The results in the past six months following a mixed bag of their methodology on fitness and my own brand of exercise have been mind boggling. Faster, stronger and fitter all-around. Best of all it rarely takes more then thirty minutes a day. Mind you those thirty minutes are probably going to be a solid thirty minutes of “Oh god how many more rounds are there?”, but damned if it doesn’t work. I highly recommend any person, be them an athlete or just a Joe-blow like myself, adding Crossfitness to their lifestyle. The rewards are worth the time invested.
