I finally got around to organizing my home brew recipes onto one pages. It only includes those that the finally product turned out well. It really just links back to the main posts I did, but they do include the recipes and procedures I followed. Maybe someday I will go through the motions of creating individual pages for these recipes, but that day won’t be today.

Warm Up – 3 Rounds for time
- 15 Burpees (Day 44 of 100 days of Burpees challenge > 15 x 3 rounds = 45 Burpees)
- 20 Situps
- 25 Pushups
- 30 Squats
Time – 5:43
Routine of the Day – Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of
- 6 Handstand Pushups
- 9 Hanging Power Cleans (65lbs)
- 12 Squats (65lbs)
Completed 15 rounds + 9 Hanging Power Cleans.

冬が まだ あります。 もう 三月に なって まだ とても 寒いです。 今日 風と -30℃ 体感運動 (たいかんうんどう)です。。。 めんどうくさいね。
今週末 お婆さんを 訪ねる (たずねる) ために エドモントンに 行く予定です。 弟と 弟の彼女しと 妻と 一緒に 行くでしょう。 雪が 降るなら 高速道路が (こうそくどうろ) 危なく なって 弟のトラックを 使うでしょう。 雪が 降らなければ ガソリンの方がいいから 私の車を 使います。
有名なホテルに 止まる積もりです。 エドモントンは 大きいデパートで 有名です。 ウェストエドモントンマールと 言います。

Warm Up – 3 Rounds for time
- 10 Pullups
- 20 Situps
- 30 Pushups
- 40 Squats
Routine of the Day – Complete as many rounds for Time
- 10 Handstand Pushups
- 10 Kettlebell Swings (1 pood)
- 10 Box Jumps (20″)
Managed to get 12 rounds, just as the time expired.
This is actually a scaled-down variation of the Crossfit created “Jack” routine. I do not have a 115lbs Barbell for Push Press so I subbed Handstand Pushups instead. I make use of the equipment I have available.
Photogallery and page re-organization

I have begun the process of reorganizing my website, in particular the photo-galleries which I am going to expand into hiking and travel pictures, among other photography. Also in the near future I am going to add a home-brew recipe webpage, with my recipes and the how they turned out.
