Routine of the Day – Run 4.25 KM (working myself up to 5.0 KM)
Final time was 27:16, giving me an average speed of 9.3 KM/h which is actually under jogging speed. This makes me a great option as a hiking buddy if your worried about bear encounters.
I took my dog also because he is getting terribly fat.

Warm Up - 3 Rounds for time of
- 10 Pullups
- 20 Situps
- 30 Pushups
- 40 Squats
Time was 4:30
Routine #1 – 21-15-9
- 1-Arm Kettlebell Swings (12kg)
- Squat Thrusts
Time was 4:21
Routine #2 – 3 Rounds for Time of
- 50 Sumo High-Pull Deadlift (16kg)
- 30 Box Jumps (20″)
- 20 Handstand Pushups
Time was 10:32

Warm Up - 3 Rounds
- 10 Pullups
- 30 Pushups (50 for first round)
- 30 Situps
- 30 Squats
Routine #1 – 21-15-9
- Push Press
- Pullups
Time was 2:01
Routine #2 - Complete the following in 20 minutes, anyway possible.
- 25 Progressive Muscle Ups (foot assisted)
- 25 Backpack Pullups (+35lbs)
- 150 Backup Pushups
- 150 Squats w/ 65lbs bar
I missed the last 40 pushups and last 25 squats at the 20 minute mark. Actual finish time was 22:57.

Warm Up - 3 Rounds for Time
- 10 Pullups
- 30 Pushups (Well actually I did 72, 20 and 30)
- 30 Situps
- 30 Squats
Final time was 6:09
Routine #1 – 21-15-9 for Time
- Kettlebell Swings (1 pood)
- Burpees
Final time was 3:55 (poor time, not even close to my personal best)
Routine #2 – 10 Rounds for Time (w/ 14lbs training vest)
- 10 Squating Push Presses @65lbs (oh God. What have I created?)
- 10 Ring Dips
Final time was 11:15. Goal was under 12 minutes.
Squating Push Presses – Just like it sounds; Squat, thrusting upwards with the legs, press up with the arms using the momentum from the squat to complete a push press. This will crush your shoulders and legs.

Routine of the Day – Building the Burpee w/20lbs training vest
3 Rounds for Time of:
- 20 Pushups
- 20 Squat Thrust
- 20 Squats
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 20 Burpees
Finished in 11:14.

Routine of the Day – Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes
- 10 Pullups
- 15 Ring Dips
- 20 Sumo High Pull Deadlifts
Goal was 10 full rounds, actual rounds completed was 12.
