Beer Review – Valentins Yeast Beer

Where down to the last three beers I tried while traveling Germany/Austria.

Name: Valentins Yeast Beer

Origin: Germany

Style: Wheat Ale

Appearance: A very cloudy, orange beer. There was a small head when the glass arrived. The colour  reminded me of peach juice

Taste: Smelled sweet and unfermented, like raw beer does. The beer was sweet with strong citrusy flavours. Notes of yeast and bread. Finished bitter, with a tonic-esque taste.

Mouth Feel: This beer was heavily carbonated and sharp.

Final Thoughts (3.5 out of 5):  A solid wheat ale that I enjoyed.
