Name: Paderborner Pilsner
Origin: Germany
Style: Pilsner (4.8%)
Appearance: This time around I did not have a glass, just the tall can it came in so I could not make note of it. Though I have to admit that the city of Lubeck itself was very beautiful and had very neat Viking festival while we were there. I bought home-made Absinthe
.
Taste: No odour to note. Very short, sweet sugar-like taste at first that is drowned in an overwhelmingly bitter, grassy taste. After taste is ashy and acidic.
Mouth Feel: Soft, light drinking beer. It was rough on the tongue and very filling.
Final Thoughts (2 out of 5): Nothing special about this beer.
