Appearance: It is a dark red ale with a great foamy head and excellent retention.
Taste: This ale has a powerful hoppy aroma. It has a very robust, roasted malt taste with strong notes of sweet chocolates, caramel. It finishes citrusy and sweet, but the aftertaste does not last very long.
Mouth Feel: The WTF ale is very filling, though soft and easy drinking.
Final Thoughts (4.0 out of 5): Absolutely delicious as far as I am concerned. I enjoy hoppy, malty ales and this beer combines both very well. America’s micro-brew scene never fails to impress.
