Appearance: A dark, cola coloured beer that has a sexy foamy head that is sadly very short lived.
Taste: It smells of raisins, cinnamon and molasses. The taste is initially sweet and fruity, with notes of raisins and apples. Some spices are also found such as cinnamon and pepper, but these are subtle at best. It finishes with a bitter-sweet molasses-like flavour.
Mouth Feel: A light bodied stout, foamy and filling.
Final Thoughts (4 out of 5): A very nice stout, both in mouth and flavour.
