Beer Review – Fischer Tradition Biere Blonde Speciale

Name: Fischer Tradition Biere Blonde Speciale

Origin: France

Style:  Pale Lager (6.0%)

Appearance:  A pale, yellow, clear coloured lager. It pours with a medium head, but suffers from poor retention.

Taste:  The aroma reminds me of a white wine. The initial tastes are slightly metallic, sour and grassy. There is also a definite note of white wine like tastes. The beer finishes ashy and bitter.

Mouth Feel: This beer has a thin body and is easy drinking.

Final Thoughts (2.5 out of 5): I love the 650ml swing top bottle, but the liquid that came in it leaves much to be desired.

A gorgeous lake an hour south-east of Jasper
