What is an organic ale anyway?

Appearance: This is a nice clear, amber ale. It pours with a medium head but has poor retention.
Taste: A mild, sweet, toffee like aroma. The ale is has very strong notes of crackers and is quite grainy. There are some mild pine like tastes and a hint of toffee as well. It finishes with a cracker-like aftertaste, which is very short lived.
Mouth Feel: It’s quite carbonated and filling but overall quite easy to drink.
Final Thoughts (3.5 out of 5): This is a solid, flavourful ale. It’s not as rich as some of the other ales I have had in recent, but still very nice.
