Beer Review – Dump Truck Summer Bock

Name: Dump Truck Summer Bock

Origin: USA, Montana

Style: Bock (6%)

Appearance: A cloudy, yellow coloured bock. Medium fizzy head with short retention. Very carbonated.

Taste: The aromas are predominantly of grapefruit. The flavour profile is malty, with only the most subtle sweet honey flavour. It finishes with a bitterness that is both herbal, and grapefruit.

Mouth Feel: An easy drinking beer, with a soft mouth feel. It leaves a chalky feeling coating the mouth.

Final Thoughts (3.5 out of 5): Imagine a generic lager which a bit more character. And here we are. Actually this is a pretty good beer, though not what I would expect from a bock.

    モンタナです。 Logan Passと 言います。

日本語で ”本当に そのビールは かなり 美味しいです、 でも 私は Bockの味は 期待じゃありません。 (As for me, its not what I expect a Bock to taste like)”
    正しいですか?

    あああ!I see!
“its not what I expect a Bock to taste like”
     でも 私は Bockの味は 期待じゃありません。
    Your Japanese is right.
But the next is more like Japanese.
    “Bockの味は、私の期待するものではありません。”
