Appearance: A dark caramel coloured beer, it pours with virtually no head.
Taste: The aroma is light and mostly unnoticeable. The taste is bready, with some bitter notes of citrus. Very cracker-like flavours, with no sweetness to it.
Mouth Feel: The beer has a creamy mouth feel, but is still sharp on the tongue. Not filling in the least.
Final Thoughts (3.0 out of 5): A good, simple tasting beer. Considering the distance it had to travel to get into my stomach, I still greatly appreciate the gift. And no, you will not be finding this one in a store outside of Japan.
