Name: Begbie Brewing’s Nasty Habit
Origin: Canada, BC
Style: IPA (6%)
Appearance: A gorgeous crystal clear orange coloured ale, it pours with a medium head that shrinks down a bit but endures for the entire session.
Taste: It has strong aromas from its hops, mostly lending towards oranges though it does have some more herbal or floral notes as well. This ale is absolutely delicious; It starts bitter with flavours of oranges, pine and floral hops. These give way to a sweeter, fruitier body; Peaches and caramel. It finally finishes like it started with a piney, citrusy and very hoppy flavour that is both pleasent and long lasting.
Mouth Feel: A fizzy, filling ale with a medium body.
Final Thoughts (4.5 out of 5): An absolute treat to drink. I highly recommend this beer to any hopheads out there.
