Warm Up – 5 Rounds for time, 20 repetitions each

  • Pushups
  • Situps
  • Squats

Routine of the Day – Whirlwind Sets

For 3 minute intervals complete each of the follow exercises for the highest total repetitions and 3 minutes of heavy bag work. Rest as needed between the exercise station and bag work.

  • Sumo Highpull Deadlifts @65lbs (got 50)
  • Kettlebell Swings @ 1 pood (got 75)
  • Pullups (got 46)
  • Backpack Pushups (got 60)
