  • 150 Squats
  • Run 2 miles

Routine of the Day - Gym Day

  • 15-12-9 of Body Weight Bench Press
  • 21-15-9 of Skull Crushers and Forearm Curls
  • 21-15-9 of Pullups and Tricep Push Downs
  • 5 Minutes rowing

All done in under 45 minutes.

Best of all I get to do it all over again in less then 7 hours.
