- 50 Pullups
- 100 Pushups
- 150 Squats
- Run 2 miles
Finished with 19 seconds to spare!

Routine of the Day - Gym Day
- 15-12-9 of Body Weight Bench Press
- 21-15-9 of Skull Crushers and Forearm Curls
- 21-15-9 of Pullups and Tricep Push Downs
- 5 Minutes rowing
All done in under 45 minutes.
Best of all I get to do it all over again in less then 7 hours.
