Routine of the Day – Ug, Lunges

Warm Up - 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 – Ring Pullups
  • 20 – Situps
  • 30 – Pushups
  • 40 – Squats

Time – 4:43

Routine #1 – 21-15-9 for time of

  • Forearm Curls to Push Press @60lbs
  • Squat Thruats

Time – 3:08

Routine #2 - For Time complete the following

21-18-15-12-9-6 of:

  • Pullups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Pushups (on pushup handles)

At the end of each round do 100ft (approx 30 steps) of walking lunges

So literally > 21 Pullups, 21 Toes-to-Bar, 21 Pushups, 100ft Lunges, 18 Pullups, 18 Toes-to-Bar, 18 Pushups, 100ft Lunges, 15 Pullups, 15 Toes-to-Bar, 15 Pushups, 100ft Lunges… Etc, etc, etc.

Beer Review – St. Peters Ruby Red Ale

Name: St. Peters Ruby Red Ale

Origin: England

Style: Ale (4.5%)

Appearance:  True to its name this beer is a copper like, red-brown, with a short lived medium head.

Taste: It smells like copper and caramel. There are some notes of citrus initial, becomes more pine-like as it lingers on the tongue. There is definite notes of copper in the beer. Finishes bitter and ashy.

Mouth Feel: A sharp, medium body ale. Not filling in the least.

Final Thoughts (4.0 out of 5):  Something can taste of copper, citrus and pine and still be enjoyable.
