Routine of the Day – Rounds in 20 minutes (Cindy)

Crossfit created WoD named Cindy. Always a pleasure. Twice the pleasure with the training vest.

Warm Up - 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Time was 5:01

Routine #1 - 21-15-9 for time of

  • Handstand Pushups
  • Ring Dips
  • Pushups

Time was 5:37 and my arms burst into flames. Ouch.

Routine # 2 – Cindy. Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats

Done with the 14lbs training vest. 20 rounds on the dot.
