Routine of the Day – 10′s Reloaded

After watching this fellow blast through a WoD I did a couple days ago I have come to realize that my pullups are very half-assed.

Lets try it again, full extension on the pullups, ass-to-the-grass squats and anchored situps.

Warm Up - 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Routine # 1 - 10 Rounds for Time of

  • 10 Pullups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 10 Situps
  • 10 Squats

Final time was 11:45. Not bad. Doing the pullups with a full extension made them far, far more difficult (obviously).

Routine #2 - Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of

  • 10 Push Press @ 60lbs
  • 14 Box Jumps (20″)

Managed to get 9 rounds, 10 Push Press and 4 box jumps.
