Routine of the Day – Triple Core Crusher

今朝の運動のルーチンは アイアランドの旅行の前 終わりました。 多分 明日は、いい天気ですならば 走ることが (はしる) 行くでしょう。。。

Warm Up – Building the Burpee (For time)

3 Rounds of 20 repetitions each of the following exercsies

  • Pushups, Squat Thrusts, Squats, Jumping Jacks, Burpees

Time is 5:28

Routine of the Day – Triple Core Crusher

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following:

  • 4 Handstand Pushups
  • 8 L-Pullups (on rings)
  • 12 Glute-ham Situps

Finished 15 rounds with seconds to spare.
