- 30 Jumping Jacks

Routine of the Day #1 – 7 Rounds for time of:
- Done with 14lbs training vest
- 10 Commando Pullups
- 15 Box Jumps
- 20 Squat Thrusts
- 25 Diamond Pushups
Time: 14:27
Routine #2 – The Bradinator (no vest)
Complete 30 repetitions of each exercise in order -
- Pullups
- Squats
- Pushups
- Glute-Ham Situps
- Lunges
- Decline Pushups
- Ring Dips
- Monkey Jumps
- Mountain Climbers
- Deep/Pushup Bar Pushups
