Warm Up – 3 Rounds for time of:

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Squats
  • 30 Jumping Jacks

Routine of the Day #1 – 7 Rounds for time of:

- Done with 14lbs training vest

  • 10 Commando Pullups
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Squat Thrusts
  • 25 Diamond Pushups

Time: 14:27

Routine #2 – The Bradinator (no vest)

Complete 30 repetitions of each exercise in order -

  • Pullups
  • Squats
  • Pushups
  • Glute-Ham Situps
  • Lunges
  • Decline Pushups
  • Ring Dips
  • Monkey Jumps
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Deep/Pushup Bar Pushups
