Routine of the Day – 120 Somethings for Punishment

Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time

  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Janda Situps
  • 30 Squats
  • 10 Burpees

Routine of the Day, Part 1 – 120 Somethings

Go until failure for pullups. Whatever number of reps obtained complete the same for the Ring Dips and Squat Thrusts. Use as few rounds as possible to complete 120 Pullups, 120 Ring Dips and 120 Squat Thrusts.

For example, first round you get 15 Pullups, you will do the same number of Ring Dips and Squat thrusts. Subtract this from the 120. Rinse, lather, repeat. Pain.

With the 14lbs training vest it took 19:54 seconds to finish and 19 rounds.

Routine of the Day, Part 2 – The Punishment

Take the number of rounds required to complete the part 1, multiply it by three and do finish that number of weight pushups.

So… 19×3 = 57 Weighted (backpack+training vest ~45lbs) Pushups
