- Run (4KM)
- Complete as many Ring Dips, Pullups and Squats as possible in the remaining time
Finished 90 Ring Dips, 61 Pullups and 140 Squats (run took about 23 minutes)
Tuesday - Tabata This! (w/ 14lbs training vest) Compared to Round 15
