昨日、 Air Canadaは ますぐ カルガリーから 東京まで ひこうきで とぶことが あります! 今から 日本へ 行くのほうが ちょっと やさし です。
Yesterday, Air Canada has direct flights by plane from Calgary to Tokyo. From now going to Japan is a little easier.
もうすぐ、 友達と アイルランドへ 旅行(りょこう) します。 ぼくは わくわく です! バスで 一緒に たくさん アイルランドのじょうけいと 町を(まち) 見ます。
Soon with a friend we are taking a trip to Ireland. I am very excited! Together by bus we will see many of Irelands sights and towns.
じゃ、 旅行まで 四度 寝が(ね) あります!
Well, there are only 4 more sleeps until the trip!

The Great Yeast Experiment – Tasting notes from the S-23
Posted by bradinator in Beer, Beer Tasting, Home Brewing on March 27, 2010
The S-23 Beer -
Appearance - As far as colour goes, this beer looks identical to the S-04. The head is much larger and showed better retention then the others, though it still dissipates within a minute of pouring. It is noticeably more fizzy too.
Taste – The aroma has a mild note of caramel and thats about it. Very small notes of caramel in the initial taste, but this is washed out by stronger, bitter grassy hops. The S-23 yeast seems to have accentuated the tastes of the hops in this beer. Finishes slightly sweet, with a lingering caramel flavour.
Mouth Feel - Very fizzy and sharp unlike the S-04 and S-05 beers. Not overly filling. The aftertaste is long lived, changing from sweet to bitter.
Final – I loved this one. What it lacks in mouth feel it makes up for in the overall flavour profile of this beer. The stronger hops and lighter sweetness is much more to my palettes liking.
Routine of the Day – Triple header

Practice makes perfect, which is the intention of these workouts.
Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time
- 10 Pullups
- 20 Burpees
- 30 Pushups
- 40 Squats
Time – 5:32
Routine # 1 – 30 Progressive Muscle Ups for Time
- Progressive Muscle Up is done with knees on the ground and some assistance with your feet to achieve the Muscle up.
Time – 10:37
Routine # 2 – 3 Rounds for Max reps of the following
- Lever Pulls – 5, 4, 3 (A lever is done by hanging horizontal from a pullup bar, a lever pull is. I am not strong enough to do this – The lever Pull is basically going into a lever hold and allowing the legs to fall forward as slowly as possible)
- Handstand Pushups – 8, 7, 6
- L-Raises – 9, 9, 7 (From rings, raises your legs to 90 degrees and lower back to a hanging position. Do until you cannot achieve 90 degree raises)
- Chest to Bar Pullups – 9, 7, 6 (Its a pullup, your chest MUST touch the bar. Failing to do so terminates the set)
