Warm Up – 3 Rounds, 20 reps for each exercise, for time -

  • Pushups, Squat Thrusts, Hop Squats, Chair Dips, Leg Raises

Finished in 4:26

Routine of the Day # 1 - 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 repetitons of the following exercises for time:

  • L-Pullups
  • Ring Dips
  • Backpack Pushups @ +30lbs

All of the above done with the 14lbs training vest, completed in 11:08

Routine of the Day # 2 – 21, 15, 9 repetitions of the following exercises for time

  • Push Press @ 60lbs
  • Burpees
  • Sumo Highpull Deadlift @ 30lbs

All of the above done with the 14lbs training vest, completed in 5:50
