Routine of the Day – Investing with Angie (done with 12lbs training vest, completed in order before moving to the next exercise, so 100 pullups, then 150 squats, then the run, then the pushups and finally the situps.)

- Run 3.7KM course

- 100 Situps
Finished in 37:53.
40 minutes of pure pain.
Beer Review – Pike Stout Extra Stout

Name: Pike Stout Extra Stout
Origin: USA, Washingotn
Style: Stout (6.6% ABV)
Appearance: Black. This beer is a black that would make Guiness blush just a little. Nice foamy, tan head. Dissapates quickly.
Taste: Immediately I can note some hickory-like flavours in this beer. Some sweet, honey flavours are also quite noticeable. Like most stouts there are the standard bitter coffee-ish flavours, but they are overwhelmed by other stronger flavours, such as the hickory.
Mouth Feel: Soft, foamy and rather filling. The hickory notes linger long after each drink
Final Thoughts (3.5 out of 5): I like hickory, though in my beer I am at a crossroads. I they add character and enjoyment to this beer, but I found they lingered far too long. All-in-all a very solid drinking stout, though I have to admit it left me more parched then quenched.

- 20 Bootstrappers
- 25 Forearm Curls @ 30lbs
- 30 Alternating Lunges
Finished 12 rounds for a total of…
- Diamond Pushups = 180
- Bootstrappers = 240
- Forearm Curls = 300
- Alternating Lunges = 360
Total reps finished 1080! Nice.

日本語のにっき 10ばん
おひさしぶりですんが。。。 まだ 毎日 日本語を れんしゅうします。
今日は 長い間でさいしょの にっきを 書きます。 カナダの天気のことを 書きます。
二月の日(ひ)は ちょっと あたたかいでしたね。 でも よく 晩は さむく なりましたから 朝は きり(霧)がこい(濃い) でした。
車が しもに おおわれました、 そして 毎朝 しもを とりました。。。 たいへんですなー。

Hmmm… Apparently I messed up a little and made this just a tad more difficult then the last time.
Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time
- 20 Pullups
- 20 Squat Thrusts
- 20 Situps
- 20 Squats
- 20 Chair Dips
Finished in 3:31
Routine of the Day - 10 Rounds for Time
- 12 Pullups
- 12 Burpees
- 12 Ring Dips
Finished in 14:34, done with the 14lbs training vest, all unbroken. Compared to my last time which I did only 10 reps per exercise my time is pretty comparable.
Cash Out - Tabata Intervals (Pushups w/ Pushup Bar)
Pushups – 31, 15, 13, 12, 12, 12, 13, 13 – Best: 12, Total: 121
