Routine of the Day – Thrusters and Pullups

Warm Up – 3 Rounds for time (3:24)

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

RoD – 5 Rounds for Time of:

  • 50 Thrusters @ 30lbs)
  • 25 Pullups

Its kind of like Fran on Steroids. Finished in 14:28

Cash out – Complete as many reps in 5 minutes of

  • Pushups (done on pushup handles)

Managed to get 136 (35, 23, 15, 15, 11, 13, 12, 12) with the 12lbs training vest
