Routine of the Day – Tabata’s at Twenty!

I have never ran through a Tabata routine with the 20lbs training vest. I guess today was as good as any.

Buy In - 100 Squat Thrusts for Time – 1:50

Routine – Tabata’s at 20! (Completed with the 20lbs vest)

  • T-Board Pushups 34    20    17    15    15    15    15    15   Total: 146   Best: 15

Cash Out – 100 Decline Pushups for Time – 1:09

Oh yeah, Lazyman Burpees are a Burpee without the jump. So basically a Squat Thrust followed by standing up. T-Board Pushups are done using a poor-mans Pushup Board which is just a long 2×4 stacked onto a shorter 2×4. You can google Pushup Board to give you an idea, but I won’t provide a link because I do not wish to promote the product. Hard to believe people sell these things for nearly $100 where you can make it for next to nothing and no effort.
